Tantucket's Cancellation
Policy
Please know Tantucket values both your time & ours. Tantucket's services require advanced time ​to prepare for both an at-home or studio appointment. Appointment cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to your appointment will not incur any penalty.
To cancel your appointment, please find your confirmation email sent to you after booking & click the cancel appointment option to cancel your appointment. All cancelations & rescheduling must be done online through our booking site.
Cancellations made within the 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result is a 50% fee of the service booked. Cancellations made within the same day of your scheduled appointment will result in a 100% fee of the service booked. No shows will result in a 100% fee. Cancellations fee will be charged to the credit card on file at the time of booking your appointment. Tantucket's cancellation fee applies to group services, as well.
