How it Started . .

Hi! My name is Frankie DiNatale and I'm the owner of Tantucket. In 2022, my junior year of college at the University of New Hampshire, I started Tans by Frankie. For two years, I was spray tanning friends, students & sororities out of my on-campus apartment. I fell in love with the business, meeting new people & helping girls feel confident and beautiful. What started a side hustle, slowly grew into something much more greater - my passion & purpose in life.

After moving to Nantucket for the summer for a college internship to study event planning, I knew I had found my happy place. Although I loved event planning, spray tanning was always my true calling. After graduating, I moved back to Nantucket to bring my passion for spray tanning to the place I loved most. Four years later, and I know it was the best decision I could have made. :)

While having spray tanned hundreds of ladies (& a few guys as well!), I now know that while it is a quick process, the feeling my clients & I receive after their tan last forever. Tantucket's purpose is still the same - to help others feel confidence & beautiful with providing natural looking, custom, & luxury spray tans, right in the comfort of your own home.

I am so grateful I have a job where I get to do what I love, but also watch others love what I do for them in the process. My love & passion for Tantucket & it's forever evolving story is such a blessing in my life. I am now lucky enough to have the most amazing ladies as additions to The Tantucket Team. Sophie & Parker, our talented Boston & Monmouth County, NJ spray tan artists, have helped make Tantucket bigger than I could have ever imagined. I'm forever thankful to this team, our beautiful clients, the most supportive community & my family for supporting, loving & believing in Tantucket from the very beginning.

OUR WHY

Everyone loves a good tan & the confidence boost it gives. However, the harmful effects of UV from the sun & sun beds have detrimental effects on the skin. We provide alternative tans, with the same lasting feeling that sun tans give, but without the negative effects of the sun.

We are passionate about protecting & caring for our skin, while helping other women do the same. It's so important to care for our bodies inside & out and to practice self-love through self-care.

This is why we not only have a passion for what we do, but for also using only all-natural, paraben free & vegan products to ensure all of our clients feel entirely confident from the inside-out.
